CreditClaim stores the minimum data needed to operate: your account email, the vendors/services/regions you monitor, optional monthly spend figures you enter, your assessments, claims, and notification preferences. We never ask for your cloud billing credentials. Public incident data is stored separately from private customer records. Stripe processes payments; CreditClaim does not store card numbers. Account deletion removes your tenant's customer records; public incident records are not personal data. A production policy naming the legal operator, retention periods, and subprocessors will replace this draft before launch.
